This product is INCREDIBLE!!! We are all magnesium deficient and transdermally is the best way to absorb magnesium (according to my doctor). Thank goodness for Cramp Buster!
My husband wakes up periodically with a "charley horse" in one of his calves. He is miserable and rubbing it frantically. It usually takes 30 min for the cramping to subside. Cramp Buster gave him relief from the gripping pain within 3 minutes. He went back to sleep immediately.
Also, my 2 younger kids come to my room at night and beg me to rub it on their legs. They get instant relief post track and soccer practice. Leg cramps often wake me up at night. I always have Cramp Buster on my night stand within reach. And I take a jar with me when I go out of town. At the first twinge of a cramp, I put some cramp buster cream on and the cramp melts away. I can’t imagine not having this great product on hand!
My son has had really bad growing pains. They were waking him up in the middle of the night and hurting really bad. The only thing we knew to do to was to put him soak in the tub with Epsom salt in it. This cream has saved us! No more running a tub full or water in the middle of the night.
This cream saved my golf trip. I had been out in the heat all day on the golf course. That night, my legs were almost curled up in pain. Thankfully, I remembered to bring that little jar. It worked fast.
